The programme
destinationclub is the lifestyle card for Bangkok’s favourite urban resort - Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort and Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, two properties facing each other across the Chao Phraya.
Membership buys up to 50% off wining and dining at fifteen award-winning venues across both, plus free night stays and spa treatments. Fifteen venues is the design problem in one number: the card has to stand for all of them without belonging to any.
What I did
The collateral system - membership card, envelope, billfold, certificates, business cards and the roll-up banners that sell the club in the lobby - through to print production.
Then the website and the email campaigns that keep fifteen venues in front of a member who probably visits three of them.
The mark
Set lowercase and letterspaced wide - destinationclub, then wine dine stay beneath it - so the name reads as a place rather than a product. Two hotel brands sit above it on every piece, which meant the club’s own mark had to be quiet enough to share a page with both and still be the thing you remember.
The campaigns
Monthly sends across both properties’ restaurants and bars, each designed and hand-coded in HTML and CSS and checked on mobile before going out.
Outcome
destinationclub ran as one membership across two riverside hotels and fifteen venues, with the collateral in the restaurants, the banners in the lobbies and the campaigns in the inbox.
